       The rough grinding in the grinding process adopts turning instead of grinding to avoid rough grinding burns. The final grinding process stabilizes the tempering and releases and eliminates the internal stress of the parts. The raceway is super-finished to reduce roughness.

The inner and outer rings and cage of the split spherical roller bearing are cut into two halves at a certain angle along the axial direction.
