The forging process adopts forging, annealing and normalizing. Increase the normalizing process, refine the internal structure of the bearing parts, and refine the grain size.
CNC lathes are used for turning processing, a reasonable process processing route, to reduce the turnover of turning workers, and control the size consistency of turning parts. Ensure the heat treatment process.
Optimize the heat treatment and quenching process to ensure the controllable expansion and contraction of the part size, to ensure the hardness of the finished bearing raceway and the depth of the raceway hardness layer, and the hardness of the entire set of bearing parts is uniform. Ensure the service life of the bearing.
The rough grinding in the grinding process adopts turning instead of grinding to avoid rough grinding burns. The final grinding process stabilizes the tempering and releases and eliminates the internal stress of the parts. The raceway is super-finished to reduce roughness.
The inner and outer rings and cage of the split spherical roller bearing are cut into two halves at a certain angle along the axial direction. This structure has basically the same performance as ordinary integral spherical roller bearings, and has a large carrying capacity, which is suitable for occasions where the bearing cannot be installed in the axial direction. However, due to the split surface of the inner and outer ring raceways, the running speed is relatively low.
