In a strict sense, cylindrical roller bearing should not bear axial force in practical application, otherwise it will produce abnormal stress at raceway angle and cause bearing damage. The function of rib is actually used to guide roller end face. In fact, certain axial force has no relationship with the axial influence of bearing rib, lubrication state, working temperature and heat dissipation condition. In practical application, cylindrical roller bearing should be used together with other bearings which can bear axial load.
