1) Recognition by voice
Sound recognition requires a lot of experience. Must be fully trained to be able to identify bearing sound and non bearing sound.
Therefore, it should be done by special personnel as far as possible. The sound of the bearing can be clearly heard by sticking the hearing device or listening stick on the shell.
2) Identification by working temperature
This method belongs to the comparison identification method, and is only used in the situation that the running state is not changed. Therefore, it is necessary to record the temperature continuously.
In case of failure, the temperature will not only rise, but also change irregularly.
It is suitable to use this method together with voice recognition method.
3) Identification by lubricant status
The samples of lubricants were analyzed, and the degree of contamination, whether foreign matters or metal powder were mixed in were judged.
This method is particularly effective for bearings that cannot be observed close to or large bearings.
